Your Account

After signing up, you'll gain access to your personal account, which will serve as your central hub for everything related to VEVS. You can log in to your client account here. In your account, you’ll find:

Software account, domain name and email box

Our support service is unmatched, offering quick and efficient assistance through a ticket-based system to address any questions you may have. Additionally, upon request, we can arrange online calls via Google Meet with our team. Depending on your setup plan, these calls may be free or paid.

To ensure seamless communication with us, please follow these recommendations:

You'll receive email notifications for each response from our team. To prevent our emails from going to your spam folder, add support@vevs.com to your address book.
We recommend enabling browser notifications for your ticket thread (located at the top right of the ticket page). You'll only receive notifications when our team sends a message.
All Google Meet online meetings must be scheduled in advance.

Setup Service

With our Setup Service (if included with your plan), our team of professionals will assist you in launching a professional website and ensure the software is properly set up for optimal performance.

Set up the software correctly: We'll show you how to configure the software to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer interactions.
Account activation and welcome call: We will hold a welcome meeting to get you started and set up your hosting account (domain name, SSL, dedicated IP address).

Website Launch

Launching your website is quick and simple. Once your setup is complete, log in to your Client Account and follow the steps to publish your website.

Your account will be hosted on its own Virtual Private Server at Amazon, and you'll have the option to use an existing domain name or acquire a new one from us.
