Cloud 9 Exotics is an exotic & luxury car rental agency and experience company based out of Farmingdale, Long Island. It's the only luxury and exotic rental company on the Island and carries one of the biggest and most diverse fleets in the United States.
With a Clubhouse located directly between NYC and Montauk, Cloud 9 has the ability to cater to the large drawing of elite and prestigious visitors as well as residents who are looking to cruise the strip in Times Square or enjoy the beach getaway in the Hamptons.

Luxury car rentals and VIP clients need special treatment, and Cloud 9 Exotics team are wizards in delivering outstanding customer service. This is where the VEVS custom development team stepped up to deliver additions to the VEVS Car Rental Software and website and make them a perfect fit for the Cloud 9 Exotics service and operations. Cloud 9 Exotics needed enhancement of the customer and service management facilities of the car reservation software. They also needed some modifications of the online car rental process to fit their offerings and pricing model. In the end, working together, we managed to deliver an online car rental process and back-end software functionality to match the unique luxury business model of the company. - Clients can choose pickup and return addresses of their own choice. The website uses Google autocomplete address bar but is restricted to the area that Cloud 9 Exotics is serving.
- Tax Rates management based on the pickup location. The car reservation software automatically applies the corresponding county tax based on the ZIP code of the pickup address.
- Delivery service and late return fees added.
- Extra mileage pre-purchase packages added.
- Online contract signature functionality.
- Promo Page and Discount Codes functionality were tailor-made to fit the Cloud 9 Exotics marketing.
- To help the marketing and advertising team, we have added Google AdWords codes for call tracking purposes.
- We have also customized the checkout form.
- First Data payment processor was added to the car rental software.
